Promotion Period:
- Start Date: 1st July 2025
- End Date: 21st December 2025, or when 500 memberships are sold (whichever occurs first)
- Loyalty Program entries accepted until 21st December 2025
- Draw Date: 21st December 2025
- Monthly Member Draws: Last week of each calendar month, July to December 2025
How to Enter:
1. Loyalty Program (Free Entry): - Available at any Gippy Bingo or Saints & Sinners Bingo – Traralgon session - 2 stamps per paid bingo night - 2 bonus stamps for maxing out a PET machine - 10 stamps = 1 entry into the $5,000 draw - Unlimited loyalty cards and entries allowed
2. Membership Program (Paid Entry):
- Bronze – $25 → 5% off Bingo Kings merchandise + 1 entry
- Silver – $50 → 10% off Bingo Kings merchandise + 2 entries
- Gold – $75 → 15% off Bingo Kings merchandise + 3 entries
- Platinum – $100 → 20% off Bingo Kings merchandise + 5 entries
- Ultimate – $150 → 30% off Bingo Kings merchandise + 8 entries
- Memberships include entry into both: - The $5,000 major draw - Monthly $1,000 draws (July to December 2025, one entry per membership)
Monthly Member Draws: - One (1) $1,000 cash prize will be drawn at the end of each month between July and November 2025 - Only current Gippy Bingo Members are eligible - Winners are randomly drawn and announced at bingo and on Facebook Live - Members do not need to be present to win
Major Prize Draw: - Drawn 21st December 2025 at the Italian Australian Club Morwell and streamed live on Facebook - One winner will receive either: - $5,000 cash OR - Free Bingo for a Year (up to $150/week) - Winner may choose their preferred prize option. Eligible to both loyalty card holders and gippy bingo members
Other Terms: - Only 500 memberships will be sold - Memberships expire after the major draw on 21st December 2025 - Members also receive VIP perks including guaranteed entry to major bingo nights and select events throughout the year - Promotion is conducted as a Trade Promotion Lottery in accordance with Victorian regulations - The promoter reserves the right to update these terms where necessary - Winners will be contacted directly and published on social media
Permit & Compliance: - As free entry is available through the Loyalty Program, this draw qualifies as a Trade Promotion Lottery and no permit is required in Victoria - Records of all entries and prize distributions will be retained by the promoter for auditing purposes
